Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote or send a message, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, ZIP code, the coverage you are asking about, details such as vehicles, drivers, your home, farm, or business, and anything you add in the notes. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or driver's license numbers in these forms. Call us instead.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
• Your display preference. If you switch the site between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Embedded map. The Contact page embeds a Google Map. It loads from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, prepare quotes, place and service coverage, and contact you about it. We also keep the records that insurance regulations require us to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• Insurance companies. To get you a quote or service a policy, we send your details to the carriers we represent. Each carrier's own privacy notice governs what they do with it.
• Service providers. The companies that host this website and deliver our email process information on our behalf. They are not permitted to use it for anything else.
• Legal requirements. When a law, regulator, subpoena, or court order requires it, or when necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

If you become a customer

Information you share with us as a policyholder is also protected by federal and state insurance privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. You will receive our insurance privacy notice with your policy documents.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into policies are kept only as long as we need them to follow up, then deleted. Customer records are kept for as long as insurance regulations require.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions reach us over encrypted channels, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Call (563) 242-4000 or send us a message. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
